Terms and Conditions

Shipping:

• We ship our products using UPS,DHL and Fedex
• Orders received before 3:00PM IST Monday to Friday will generally ship on the same day
• International orders can take up to 4-5 working days to arrive depending upon the country being shipped to and the service selected From our experience, Australia, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Japan, The Netherlands, South Korea and New Zealand have excellent postal systems and packages arrive fairly and quickly
• Requests for Express Mail International service received before 10:00AM IST Monday to Friday is shipped on same day and is received in country within 3 days
• Your local Customs Authorities can and generally do delay the Express Mail Service delivery
• Express Mail International shipments are not a guarantee that you will receive your order in 3 days. Be careful that you are responsible for your local taxes and import duties
• If any are levied by your postal authorities. Our prices do not include any duties or customs charges.

Returns:

After doing a survey by quality group we strongly believe in customer feedback, by which we get an option to serve you with the best quality in this glamorous world.

• There are no refunds and only exchanges to be made within 3 working days
• We do exchanges for unused items (only products strictly belongs to our company)
• In case of exchanges, Shipping charges has to be paid by the buyer
